Returns

Please call us to set up your return at (954) 529-3050 or send us an e-mail to info@profixparts.com and we will provide you with instructions.  The original receipt, packing slip or invoice number, with RMA number are required for all returns and exchanges.

Items will need to be unused and packed securely to avoid damage in transit which may potentially result in withholding credit. Once items are received in new, resalable condition, your return will be processed.

Return & Exchange Period

Buyer has 30 days after receipt of the products to inspect, and either accept or return parts. If the parts are returned for credit in their original new condition within the 30 days then the full retail value of the parts will be credited.

If a part is returned after the 30 day period then a restocking fee of 25% of the full retail value of the returned items will be assessed for the return of non-defective parts.

Refunds will be shipped back at buyers expense.

Please notify us immediately if your order was received without the intended items or included damaged or defective parts and we will replace the order and pick up the original package(s) at no charge.

Returns by Mail, FedEx, UPS or DHL

1. You can return purchases via USPS, Federal Express, UPS  DHL. To return an item:

3. Include the packing slip, RMA # and return label, and indicate the reason for the return

4. Include all original packing materials, manuals and/or accessories that came with the items being returned
